Shipping Time
Our buildings are shipped ground freight curbside to your home. We do our best to get your new shed delivered as quickly as possible to begin your project. You will get your new storage building delivered in just 5-10 business days! This is very fast considering we must package and set up a freight delivery. *shipping only available within the contiguous USA.

Shipping Cost
Whether you are buying an accessory, new storage shed or even a garage, ALL of our items are shipped FREE to anywhere in the contiguous USA. *excludes AK & HI

Sales Tax
There are No Sales Tax charges in most states excluding AZ, CA, CO, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, UT, VA, WA and WI. Your state may require you to pay a use tax to buy online.

Large Item Delivery
Some of our sheds are very large and too heavy to ship via package carriers. Contracted freight companies deliver these buildings. The carrier will call the consumer when packages arrive at their terminal to set up a delivery time that is convenient. These companies provide tailgate delivery. Upon delivery the driver is only required to take products to your driveway or entrance of delivery address. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, installing or removing packing materials. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck to your project site. If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help move it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck to the location you need it. Once we email you your tracking information you can contact the shipper to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services ordered. Some remote locations are not serviced by our LTL carriers and we do not guarantee delivery to these areas. Please contact us prior to ordering if you believe you live in a remote area.

Damaged Merchandise
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If merchandise has shipping damage at time of delivery, consumer should indicate "damaged" on the paperwork, refuse the delivery, then contact us giving a detailed description of the damages you found. We will have new items sent to replace damages found right away. If other damages are found during assembly please contact us and we will send you replacements free of charge!

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping fees. Some products also incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for details on specific product restocking fees.

Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in their original boxes or packages may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork. The item must be unused and unopened. We will refund the product price minus restocking fees only. Inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost as well as returning shipping cost. In some cases, depending on the manufacturer, we do incur a restocking fee, which is passed on to you. Please contact us for details on specific product restocking fees. Order cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours after ordering or before item is shipped, whichever is first, to qualify for a full refund. After 24 hours or item has shipped all fees will apply to cancel. Our goal is to ship quickly and we advise to please make sure you do not want to cancel prior to ordering.

If the item(s) have been used or tested in any way, it can be returned if in a re-sellable condition and within 30 days from date of purchase. It must be in its original box and all manuals, warranties, accessories and packing materials must be included. All returns will incur a restocking charge of 25% of the original invoice amount. This fee is 35% for Handy Home Products. If items have been opened, assembled or used this charge may increase. The customer will also incur the expense of all shipping charges, even if the order was sent with free or discounted shipping. Inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost as well as returning shipping cost. Delivery refusal does not constitute a return; any returns must go through our customer service and are subject to restocking fees as well as inbound and outbound freight fees. Note: there are no returns accepted on any Little Cottage Company or Leisure Season brand products due to shipping costs.

To initiate a return you must obtain a return authorization first. Please use the contact us form to send us all your order information and reason for return. All returns are handled via email to ensure proper communication and documentation. We will process your request and email you return instructions within 24 hours.

Obtain Permits Prior To Ordering
Please make sure you have obtained any necessary permits prior to ordering. If the customer is required to obtain a permit for their area to use any of our outdoor products the customer is responsible for obtaining this permit prior to making their purchase. will not be responsible for any permitting not approved. Check your local subdivision or living area rules and regulations prior to making your purchase. If the customer is not able to obtain a permit or not allowed to construct their structure in their area for any reason after ordering they will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping freight charges as well as any restocking fees.

Replacement Parts will not accept full returns on any products due to missing, defective or damaged parts. If during assembly you find that there are parts which are missing, defective or damaged, you will be provided with replacement parts at no cost as soon as possible.
