DuraMax Sheds SideMate 4'x8' Storage Shed Floor Foundation Kit
Purchasing a Duramax Sheds floor foundation kit along with the shed makes the
assembly go even easier. These heavy-duty, hot dipped Galvanized Steel
floor frame kits are the perfect base for DuraMax Sidemate storage sheds. It
eliminates the need for a traditional concrete or slab base. All you
need is level ground. If you want additional protection from moisture,
a strong plastic sheet should be placed below the entire area covered
by the foundation kit. After constructing the metal foundation kit, you
can fill it in with concrete or cover with timber, plywood or
moisture resistant chipboard. If you intend to use concrete, plan on
pouring the foundation to be two inches thick.
